Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Fulfillment Time: Orders are fulfilled within 3-7 business days.

Shipping Time: Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days after shipment.

Estimated Delivery Time: Most customers receive their orders within 6-12 business days of placing an order.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.Orders may ship from our fulfillment locations in California or Pennsylvania, depending on inventory availability and destination.

Shipping Rates

We offer:

• Free standard shipping on all orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $8 for orders under $100.

Shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before your order is finalized.

Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier performance, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors outside our control.

Estimated delivery dates are provided for convenience only and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active after receiving your shipment confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to make changes.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in finding a resolution.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
